Green Phoenix is proud to be an independent disability support organisation. While we are not yet registered with the NDIS, we provide services to self-managed and plan-managed participants, ensuring flexible, person-centered care. Our dedication to individualised support means that each person receives care that is tailored to their unique needs, preferences, and aspirations.
